Review & Description

The slim Olympus X940 compact point-&-shoot camera weighs less than 5 ounces. It's a perfect camera for out-and-abouting. Fully automatic focus and exposure, there are 21 pre-programmed shooting modes that simplify taking pictures in virtually any situation. Blurry images? Not with the X-940! It has a built-in image stabilizer.

18MB built-in memory means out-of-the box use. A convenient SDHC slot offers optional (and really necessary) expansion for memory.

A 4x optical zoom lens takes you from wide-angle to telephoto perspectives for added versatility. A 2.7" LCD monitor lets you view images as you prepare and as you take them. Then view them again afterwards.

The Olympus X940 offers you a choice. It achieves up to 14 Megapixel resolution when shooting still pictures. It can also shoot movies at 640x480 resolution. Advanced Face Detection and Creative Art Filters Capture images to SD/SDHC memory cards (not included)
